For over twenty years, Home Team Recruiting Services has had the privilege of guiding men and women in recovery towards sustainable independence. Founded by Dr. Norm Whan and Scott Whan, our mission has always been to bridge the gap between sobriety and long-term success by developing critical job skills and creating pathways to meaningful career opportunities.

Program Entry
Admission Requirements
To maintain the integrity and focus of our community, all applicants must meet the following criteria without exception.
Valid Identification
Must possess a valid State ID or Driver's License.
Essential Documents
A Birth Certificate and/or Social Security Card is required for employment verification.
Program Completion
Must have successfully graduated from a 90+ day transitional program.
Self-Pay Only
This is a self-pay program. We do not accept insurance for housing fees.
